Relationships and relating are a central part of our lives. We are all different, woven together in an endless web of relationships which can be nourishing and beautiful as also difficult and challenging. With mindful awareness and a generous heart, we can embrace diversity and discover the wisdom to see through the patterns that bind us, to the freedom that lies beyond.
Insight Dialogue is a relational practice in which the wisdom teachings of the Buddha and the practice of mindfulness, are brought directly into the vibrant, vitally important realm of relationship and interpersonal connection. Composed of six meditative guidelines which are practiced in pairs, threesoms and sometimes as a whole group, we closely observe the stream of physical, emotional and mental phenomena that arise when we are in connection with another, exploring the nature of attachment and suffering and the knowing of release.
